Hi I'm Darren from Cuisine-on-cue. Cuisine-on-cue is one of London's leading catering specialists. We pride ourselves for delivering fresh and quality food for in and around London.
Now we're going to show you some fresh and appetizing sandwiches. Now I'm going to show you how to make a turkey sandwich. Turkey sandwiches are good all the year round; I prefer it mainly at Christmas.
We're going to use roasted turkey and the best way of serving it is with cranberry sauce. So first of all we'll take two slices of bread, some softened unsalted butter, which you've softened in a microwave. You can use normal soft spread butter from any shop or supermarket, butter both sides of the bread nice and evenly.
Take your sliced turkey, evenly place it across the bread as much as you desire, then the cranberry sauce which again is good all year round, on to the stop, as its summer I'm going to be using a salad but in the winter the best way to serve it is with sliced stuffing, take your other sliced bread and cover, slice on the diagonal again, and plate. And that's how you make a turkey sandwich.
