How To Make A Tutu Dress

In this VideoJug film, fashion designer and sewing expert Miss Libby Rose shows you how to make a fun and simple tutu dress with no sewing required.

You Will Need

  • 1 top or vest
  • 1 strip elastic
  • net or organza, cut into strips
  • scissors
  • 1 dress form mannequin

Method

Wrap the elastic around the waist of the top and tie into a knot.

Loop the strips of net around the elastic. Continue around the waist. You can tie the strips in different lengths and use fabrics of different colours.
