Ingredients
- 1 rectangular sponge cake
- white cream cheese icing
- raspberries
- blueberries
Method
Bake your favourite cake in a rectangular tin, then let it cool.
Start by covering the top of your cake with the white icing.
Lay your raspberries in two cross shapes to create the red parts of the Union Jack flag.
Fill in the rest of the cake with blueberries.
