Vanilla milkshake is delicious, but eating lots of vanilla ice cream all the time is not that good for you! As a healthy alternative you could try this vanilla and date milk. Valerie McKen shows you how to make it in this step by step guide.

Ingredients
- 3 dates
- 1 cups (250ml) milk, normal milk or nut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
You can replace the milk with a nut milk to make this drink even healthier.
