Step 1: You will need

  • 3 medium strawberries
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp raspberries
  • 4 medium apples
  • antioxidant tincture
  • 1 blender
  • 1 juicer
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 glass
  • 1 jug

Step 2: Chop

Chop the apples into small pieces. Apples lower blood cholesterol, improve bowel function, and reduce the risk of strokes, prostate cancer, and asthma.

Step 3: Juice

Turn the juicer on. Make sure the jug is beneath the spout. Add the apple and juice. Pour into the blender.

Step 4: Add Berries

Add 1 tablespoon of cranberries, 3 strawberries, 1 tablespoon of blueberries, and 1 tablespoon of raspberries to the blender.

Cranberry juice helps combat urinary tract infections such as cystitis. Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, and blueberries are a good source of vitamin C and dietary fibre. They are rich in antioxidants helping fend off age-related diseases such as cancer and strokes

Raspberries are high in vitamin A which is good for your skin and eyesight.

Step 5: Blend

Close the lid and blend for 15-20 seconds

Step 6: Optional extra

Fushi recommends adding a dash of an antioxidant tincture blend before you pour. This one contains Rosemary, Hawthorn berry, Gotu Kola. Turmeric, Milk Thistle, and Bilberry leaf. It will destroy tissue damaging free radicals in your system.
