How To Make A Wine Glass Flower

Make a nice flower out of a dinner napkin to place in a wine glass for special occasions or for just fun.

Step 1:

Fold The Napkin

bwears.com. Today I'm going to be showing you how to make an attractive flower to put inside your wine glass. Begin with a dinner napkin, take one of the corners and fold it to the opposite corner.

Now take the corners, fold it up to the center corner, take the other one and fold it up to the same corner. Now you should have a diamond.

Step 2:

Finishing Touches

Now you want to flip it over, fold the top down like that. Now you want to roll it a bit, not too much, just a little bit like that, ok?

Now get your wine glass, place it in there, take the little edges and fold them down like that. And there you have it, the perfect wine glass flower from a napkin.

Fleur de lis or fleur de lis, actually. It means lily fower, although the heraldic figure is most likely inspired by the yellow iris.

Actually it is. It is called a Fleur De Leis. Here, the young man didn't straighten out the last of the three pedals that poped back up of the Fleur De Leis. This is a French napkin fold, and is normally used in higher end Al Fresco Cafes & Restaurants.
