Now Alfie's Sore Bet, one of our latest cocktails is tequila based cocktail and we're going to start off with some house made honey butter.basically it's just some honey with creamy butter.just mix together.blend it together. Now we're going to dilute it with a shot of Don Julio Reposato Tequila.

and we just want to get that rolling so you get a nice little twist.

Now while that's melting, we just got a shot of some fresh lemon sorbet.so we just want to add that to the drink as well.give that a nice stir just breaking it all down and letting it melt. Now just the tequila itself should melt this down. You don't want to add anything just yet.

This is getting nice and creamy. Next we got just a little taste, maybe 10 mills, of Napoleon.get that in there. And last but not least, some freshly squeezed lime.

You don't want too much of this, probably about 20 mills.15, 20 mills is plenty. Get that in there. Some cubed ice.
