How To Make An Alleluia Cocktail

Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml tequila gold
  • 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
  • 1 tsp blue Curacao
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • 1 orange slice
  • tonic water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25m/50ml measure
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if shaker doesn't include one) or a small sieve
  • 1 highball glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put several ice cubes into the shaker then add the tequila, maraschino liqueur, blue Curacao, sugar and lemon juice.

Put the lid on and shake well!

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Almost fill the highball glass with ice cubes, strain in the cocktail and top the glass up with tonic water. Finish garnishing with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry and it's ready to serve!
