Ingredients
- 55 g butter, at room temperature
- 30 g ground almonds
- 55 g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Place your softened butter in a bowl. Sift over your almonds and sugar, and add a couple of drops of vanilla essence.
Carefully combine all the ingredients with a wooden spoon or an electric mixer.
Once it is well combined, wrap in cling film and roll into a cylinder. Leave in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to harden before cutting it into rounds.
