Season 1lb of chicken tenders with pepper. Combine the egg with 1 tablespoon of Kikkoman teriyaki sauce. Beat until it is well blended. Combine half a cup of bread crumbs and a half cup of finely chopped smoked almonds. Dust both sides of the chicken with flour in a separate shallow dish. Dip into the egg mixture.
