Step 1: You will need

  • 3 Apples
  • 3 Beetroot
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 juicer
  • 1 glass

Step 2: Prepare

Cut three apples, three fresh beetroot and three carrots so they'll fit into your juicer.

Step 3: Juice

One by one add the apples, beetroot and carrot to the juicer. Remove as much liquid as you can.

Step 4: Serve

Pour into a glass, and serve.

    I tried this juice, and its great. Only thing is that with 2 apples, 1 1/2 beatroots and 3 carrots i got approx 600 ML. thanks 2 glasses... its great when its chilled

    The juice is healthy is healthy as an apple, beetroot, and carrots... Well bad for your teeth! Juice has sometimes some sugar. Brush your teeth after drinking this great ABC juice. Squeezing the fruit is a lot harder than juicing them.

    Ok straight to the point.. But think your guy should ware a white apron and is he chewing gum? Thank you anyway i have a blender & sometimes stuck for basic juice drinks (((( smiles)))))
