Step 1: You will need

  • 25 ml vodka
  • 25 ml amaretto
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 bar spoon or stirrer

Step 2: Prepare

Firstly, take a mixing glass. Half fill the mixing glass with ice cubes. Measure out 25ml Vodka and pour into your mixing glass. Then add 25ml amaretto and pour into the glass. Then measure out 100 millilitres of apple juice - that's twice if you're using a 50 millilitre measure
Now stir the mixture with a bar spoon or stirrer.This chills the ingredients.

Then attach a strainer to the mixing glass. If you don't have one a sieve will suffice.

Now take a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Strain the cocktail over the ice and now serve.
