Half fill the shaker with ice cubes and add the light rum.

Cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice from one half and add it to the shaker.

Add the sugar syrup, put the lid on and shake well.

Remove the lid, attach the strainer to the top of the shaker and strain into the cocktail glass.

Measure out the cinnamon schnapps and pour it into the side of the glass.

Step 3: Present the cocktail

Cut a wedge from the remaining half of lime and cut a groove in it.

Place on the side of the glass and serve.
