Step 1: You will need
- 50 ml light rum
- 25 ml apricot brandy
- 10 ml Cointreau
- 1 egg white
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 slice of orange
- Ice cubes
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 squeezer
- 1 shaker
- 1 old-fashioned glass
- 1 50/25ml shot measure
Step 2: Prepare the cocktail
Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Into the shaker add the light rum, apricot brandy, Cointreau, lemon juice and egg white.
Attach the lid and shake vigorously.
If your shaker doesn't have a strainer, place a sieve on top.
Put several ice cubes in the glass and pour in the cocktail.
Step 3: Present the cocktail
Take a slice of orange and cut a groove in the flesh. Place it on the side of the glass and serve.
