How To Make An Artic Brain Freeze Cocktail

Step 1: You will need
- 25 ml amaretto liqueur
- 25 ml melon liqueur
- 1 dash of blue Curacao
- 2 tsp sugar
- ice cubes
- 1 collins glass
- 1 shot measure
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 saucers
- 1 ice crusher (or wooden pestle)
- 1 ice shovel (or cup)
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Firstly we're going to rim the edge of the Collins glass.
Just take two saucers and prepare one with a dash of blue Curacao
Prepare the other saucer with two teaspoons of sugar.
Now dip the rim of the glass into the blue Curacao and then into the sugar.
Put the glass to one side.
Next crush several ice cubes. If you don't have an ice crusher, simply smash some ice with a pestle or rolling pin.
Add a cup of crushed ice to the Collins glass, carefully avoiding the rim.
Now measure out 25 mililitres,or a splash of amaretto liqueur and pour onto the crushed ice.
Follow this with a splash of melon liqueur - another 25 millilitres. And that's it. Now serve and enjoy your cocktail.
