Step 1: You will need…

  • 50 ml vodka
  • half a lemon juice
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 25 ml blue Curacao
  • 50 ml lemonade
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 straw

Step 2: Prepare the cocktail

You can either use the standard 25 and 50 ml measures to make you cocktail or just free-pour the measures straight from the bottle. Begin your Electric Lemonade cocktail by half-filling the shaker with ice. Pour a large splash of vodka over the ice and then add a splash of blue Curacao and about 50 ml of orange juice. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one half into the shaker.

Step 3: Shake, strain, decorate, and serve the cocktail

Now, place the lid on the shaker, give it a tap and a good shake. Remove the lid, and place the strainer on top. Put 3 large ice cubes in a highball glass and pour the drink over the ice. Top the drink with a splash of lemonade and serve it with a slice of lemon on its rim and a swizzle stick. Enjoy your Electric Lemonade!
