Step 1: You will need

  • 25 ml Raspberry liqueur
  • 10 ml Blackberry liqueur
  • 50 ml gold tequila
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 25 ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 25 ml cranberry juice
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 bar spoon or stirrer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 hurricane glass
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 pestle or rolling pin

Step 2: Prepare the cocktail

Begin by half filling the mixing glass with ice cubes.

Measure out and pour in 25ml of raspberry liqueur, 10ml of blackberry liqueur and 50ml of gold tequila.

Now, cut a lemon in half and squeeze out the juice from one half.

Into the mixing glass add 50ml of apple juice, 25ml of the lemon juice and 25ml of cranberry juice.

Stir well using a bar spoon or a stirrer to chill the ingredients.

Using a wooden pestle or a rolling pin, crush some ice. Fill the hurricane glass two thirds of the way up with the crushed ice.

Step 3: Pour and serve.

Pour the mixture into the hurricane glass and enjoy the fusion of liqueurs to help you cool down on one of those hot summer's days.
