Fold your square in half on the horizontal

Turn the paper over and fold the edges into the centre line

Fold all four corners into the centre line

Now reverse the corner folds you have just made. Open it up and push in the crease made by the previous fold. Then push the outside corner back across. Repeat for the other three corners.

Fold the model in half

Fold the inside of the triangle in half so it points down and repeat for all four triangles

At one end fold the angle back on itself and unfold. Then open it up and turn your last fold inside out. Get the point from inside this fold and fold it back out again.

At the other end fold the point, not to the edge but slightly above it. Unfold, open out and reverse the crease.
