Fold the note in half

Unfold and fold both edges back towards the fold

Unfold and fold the corners onto the creases you have just made. You should have two triangles.

Make another fold in each of these triangles. Don't fold fully but just pinch together

Fold the edges back to the centre

Turn the note over and at the other end fold the note over

Turn the note over and fold the corners to the centre line at an angle. Don't fold flush to the corner. Have the edge of the triangle just below the edge.

At the other end pinch where you pinched previously. Pull the pinches out and then fold forwards

Finally fold the model in half tucking between the small folds at the top.
