Ingredients
- apples, chopped
- lemon juice
- flour
- knobs of butter
- demerara sugar
Step 1: Prepare the Apples
Add some chopped apples to a pan along with some lemon juice. Allow to stew slowly.
Step 2: Make the Crumble
Add some flour to a bowl along with some butter. Mix together. Then add demerara sugar. Add your slightly stewed apples to some dessert pots. Add any juice left in the pan. Top with the crispy crumble topping. Place in the oven at 150C for about 20 minutes until the crumble topping gets nice and crispy.
