Step 1: You will need ….

  • for the smoked salmon and cream cheese filling:
  • 8 g butter
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • For the smoked ham and mustard filling:
  • 60 g smoked ham
  • 8 g butter
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp English mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • For the egg and mayonnaise filling:
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped finely
  • 8 g butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bread knife
  • 1 knife
  • 2 forks
  • 1 chopping board

Step 2: Make the cream and chive filling

Take the bowl of cream cheese, add the chives, a pinch of salt, grind over some black pepper and mix well.

Step 3: Make the bagel

Slice one of the bagels in half and separate it. Spread butter, liberally and evenly over one side of the bagel. Add the cream cheese generously over the buttered side and place the smoked salmon on top. Twist a little black pepper over and place the unbuttered side on to complete the sandwich.

Step 4: Make the ham and mustard bagel

Slice the second bagel in half and spread butter onto one half. Spread the buttered side generously with mustard. Place all the smoked ham slices on top. Then place the sliced tomatoes over the ham. Season with salt and pepper. Take your unbuttered lid and place on top to close and complete the sandwich.

Step 5: Mix the egg and mayonnaise

Spoon the mayonnaise into the bowl of chopped egg. Generously season with salt and a twist of black pepper. Combine it well with your fork.

Step 6: Make the egg and mayonnaise bagel

Take your third and final bagel, and slice into two. Spread one side with butter and liberally spread this with the egg mix. Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt. Close with the unbuttered lid and your sandwich is complete.

Step 7: Serve

Place all three sandwiches onto a serving plate and serve for lunch or brunch.
