  • 1 camembert, still in its box
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 runny honey
  • olive oil

Peel a clove of garlic, and then chop it up finely. Take your camembert out of its box and remove any plastic packaging. Put the base of the box into the lid, then put the cheese back in it, leaving the top open.

The next step is to take a knife, and cut some slits in the cheese. You then want to stuff the garlic into some of the slits. You will probably use about half of the garlic clove. Take some rosemary and stuff it into the cheese, about 4 or 5 tufts of rosemary should do. The final step is to drizzle some oil over the top, along with some runny honey.

Cook the cheese in the box on a baking tray, in a medium heated oven, for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove the cheese from the oven and leave it to cool for a few minutes, as it is very hot!

The best way to eat this bake cheese is to dip crusty bread straight into it!
