How To Make Baked Chicken Thighs

A simple and delicious recipe showing you how to make your own succulent baked chicken thighs.

Step 1: You will need

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and ground black pepper

Step 2: Mix the ingrediants

In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, basil, ginger, parsley, dijon mustard, salt and pepper

Step 3: Add the chicken

Melt the butter over a medium heat. Remove the pan and stir in the mixture. Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture making sure you get all sides.

Step 4: Cook

In an over proof dish, line the chicken thighs, making sure they don't overlap each other, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C, until cooked and well browned.
