How To Make Bbq Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 red chili, diced
- 50 ml dark soy sauce
- 300 ml tomato ketchup
- 55 g brown sugar
- 2 pork chops
Method
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the diced onions, minced garlic, fennel seeds and chili. Fry off for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, tomato ketchup and mix together. To thicken out the sauce, add the brown soft sugar. Cook down for around a minute so the sauce thickens.
Remove the pan from the pan, add the pork chops and coat well with the sauce. Place in an oven at 170 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
