How To Make Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 steak
  • 1 red pepper, sliced and deseeded
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced and deseeded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • pinch of soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • cheddar cheese
  • tortillas

Step 1: Grill the Steak

Season the steak and place on the griddle on high heat. Add the onions to a heated pan, add 1/2 tsp and the yellow and red peppers. Add a pinch of soy sauce.

Step 2: Cook the Vegetables

Turn the steak after 2-3 minutes. Sweat the onions, peppers until nice and soft. Remove the steak after another 2 minutes on the griddle and allow to rest.

Step 3: Mix and Roll

Slice the steak and mix with the onions and peppers. Add some cheddar cheese and continue to mix. Place the fajita mix onto to a tortilla and roll. Serve.
