How To Make Beef Fajitas
Matt Kemp from the Underground Cookery School demonstrates how to make steak fajitas. Perfectly grilled steak mixed with onions, peppers and flavoured with cayenne pepper, garlic and a pinch of soy sauce. This is a great sharing dish.

Ingredients
- 1 steak
- 1 red pepper, sliced and deseeded
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced and deseeded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- pinch of soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- cheddar cheese
- tortillas
Step 1: Grill the Steak
Season the steak and place on the griddle on high heat. Add the onions to a heated pan, add 1/2 tsp and the yellow and red peppers. Add a pinch of soy sauce.
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
Turn the steak after 2-3 minutes. Sweat the onions, peppers until nice and soft. Remove the steak after another 2 minutes on the griddle and allow to rest.
Step 3: Mix and Roll
Slice the steak and mix with the onions and peppers. Add some cheddar cheese and continue to mix. Place the fajita mix onto to a tortilla and roll. Serve.
