I am going to show you how to make black tea. Now, I have with me a rose kong hu black tea, this is a Chinese black tea that is scented with roses and have individual rosebuds in the tea. Now, this kind of black tea is 100% oxidized, it is fully oxidized, so it is slightly caramelized and sweet in nature.

So I am using a proper clay pot to brew this rose kong hu black tea, first I am warming the tea pot and I am warming the pitcher now, now I am warming the tea cups. I am putting the rose kong hu black tea into the proper clay pot. Now, the temperature for this water is approximately 95 to 95 degree Celsius.

The brewing time is approximately 40-50 second, no more than 1 minute for the first infusion. This is the first infusion of rose kong hu black tea. Please enjoy.
