Ingredients

  • blueberries
  • vodka

Method

Take a small handful of blueberries and make a small slit at the top of each berry to help the vodka break them down.

Put the berries into a glass and half fill with vodka. Leave this in a cool dry place for 4 weeks.

After 4 weeks, strain the infused vodka with either a muslin cloth or a fine beverage napkin.
