Step 1: You will need …

  • 100 ml dark brandy
  • 60 g soft brown sugar
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 medium bowl

Step 2: Mix the butter and sugar

Into the medium bowl put the butter and sugar and lightly mix together.

Step 3: Add the brandy

Gradually combine in the brandy until it forms a creamy, smooth paste.
