- 60 ml whipping cream
- 1 butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 chocolate bar
Begin by melting your butter in a pan, then add the whipping cream.
Once this mixture is hot, but not boiling, add the chocolate broken up into pieces. Stir off the hob until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Finally add the vanilla extract and mix again.
Leave the mixture to cool and solidify slightly before use.
