So, today, I'm going to show you how to make a healthier version of bubble tea. To make this healthier version of bubble tea, I'm using fresh Japanese green tea leaves. With these leaves, I've brewed a freshly brewed Japanese green tea.

I have some condensed milk here. You can use condensed milk, evaporated milk or coconut milk to taste. With this, I'm going to simply stir the condensed milk to the green tea.

Now, this might sound a little bit yucky to a lot of people but believe me, it tastes quite nice when drank cold, green tea plus milk. So I'm just going to dissolve the milk into the green tea. Put a few bubbles into your glass with ice and pour the milk and green tea into the glass.

Now, to add more color, you could have candy, cooked sweet potato, or yam, peppered yam. Those could make a quite nice decoration to the tea. Now, please enjoy this very healthy version of milky green bubble tea.
