How To Make Canapés Of Vegetables Crudités

Step 1: You will need
- 150 g green beans
- a bunch of asparagus, peeled
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut lengthways into sticks
- 250 g cherry tomatoes red and yellow
- 2 endives, each cut in 4
- 12 stalks of celery, peeled and cut to about 10cm
- 120 g crème cheese
- 2 tbsp crème fraiche
- 3 tbsp dill, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 120 g crème fraiche
- 2 tbsp black olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp green olives, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 assortment of glasses
- 3 small bowls
- 3 spoons
Step 2: Prepare the ingredients
Get all your ingredients ready to cook.
Step 3: Make cream cheese dip
Place the cream cheese, the crème fraiche and the dill into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and combine very well using your spoon.
Step 4: Make the mayonnaise dip
Place the mayonnaise into a bowl. Spoon in the ketchup and the chilli sauce. Mix it together well.
Step 5: Make crème fraiche dip
Add the crème fraiche into a bowl, then the green olives, the black olives, salt and pepper. And again, combine very well with your spoon.
Step 6: Arrange the vegetables
Use any assortment of glasses that you have. Place a wine glass onto the chopping board and pour in the red and yellow cherry tomatoes. Then, in a smaller glass, place the runner beans. Then, with a different sized glass, add the celery stalks. Again, in another different wine glass place the carrots. For your asparagus stalks, you will probably need something tall like a highball glass or similar. Finally, a wider glass for the endive leaves.
Step 7: Present the canapés
Arrange prettily the selection of vegetables as a background to the dips in the foreground, ready for the guests to help themselves. And that's how to impress your friends by making vegetable crudités canapés. Enjoy!
