Ingredients
- 75 g butter
- 300 g icing sugar
- 120 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Place in the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix on a low speed, to prevent the icing sugar from going everywhere. When the frosting starts to incorporate, turn the mixer up to a higher speed and mix for 3 minutes.
