Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 250 g cream cheese
- icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Put the butter and cream cheese in a large bowl and cream together with a spatula. Make sure you use butter at room temperature. Add the icing sugar slowly, creaming the ingredients together till fully combined.
Smooth the icing with the spatula to remove any air bubbles.
