Ingredients

  • celery sticks

Method

Wash the celery thoroughly to remove any sediment. Keep the leaves on as they are packed with vitamins. Chop the celery stick into chunks to make blending easier.

5 sticks of celery will produced around 150 ml of juice. Celery juice works best teamed with other vegetables or fruits such as carrot, ginger or apple.
