Ingredients

  • cherries
  • vodka

Method

Take your cherries, slice them at the top and put them in a glass. It is important not to macerate the cherries as this will release too much of the juice and you won't get the subtle infusion you are looking for.

Pour vodka over the cherries and leave covered in a cool place for 4 weeks.

After 4 weeks, strain the cherries from the vodka.
