- 50 g butter
- 1 chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 rashers smoked bacon
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 ml double cream
- 50 g parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in a heated pan, add the chicken strips, mushrooms, smoked bacon cut into cubes, salt and pepper and cook together until the ingredients have browned slightly.
Add some tagliatelle which has been pre-cooked, the double cream and white wine, and allow to cook down a bit more.
Add the egg yolk and parmesan. Stir to combine the ingredients, and serve.
