Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • 1 slice parma ham
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

Remove a chicken breast from a chicken.

To make the chicken breast into an escalope, place it between two sheets of cling film and beat it until it is thin.

Season your escalope, then place a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of Parma ham onto it. Roll the escalope up tightly and hold it together with toothpicks.

Dip the rolled up chicken in seasoned flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs consecutively.

Brown the chicken in hot oil on all sides, then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
