it is better to add more spices to this dish. Curry powder is not the best spice to use. Use 1 teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (when frying), 1/2 teaspoon ground corriander, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Plus use less water as this dish should be more dry. Add fresh corriander to garnish at end... The recipe in the video cheapens this dish but good method of showing the joy of Indian cooking :-)

Its was nice to someone make an effort to make this vidio tips for how to cook Indian food or other recipe, if you clever enough you can make it with the fresh ingredient this is just the idea how to make it. like me I dont know how to make that but I got the brain and I can make with the fresh ingredient but the way I make it same as the way the showing us on this Video Jog. "cooking is inspiration and pattient" Thanks for the Idea its very good. welldone.

just made this tonight , was absolutely beautiful. me and the wife enjoyed it very much. i added some fresh corriander at the end but other than that stuck to the recipe. very good.
