How To Make Chicken Risotto
A delicious healthy Chicken Risotto recipe, complementary as a side dish and equally wonderful as a main meal.

Step 1: You will need
- 2 zucchini
- 2 green onions
- 500 g skinned diced chicken
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped pimento
- 750 g cooked rice
- 50 g grated cheese
- cold water
- paprika
- 1 skillet
Step 2: Cook zucchini and onions
Place zucchini and onions in a skillet with a small amount of water and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
Step 3: Add other ingredients
Add the other ingredients to the risotto and stir until heated through.
Step 4: Serve the risotto
Remove the risotto from the heat, stir in the cheese and serve.
