How To Make Chicken Soup
A delicious home made Chicken soup recipe, quick and easy to prepare from scratch. Treat yourself and beat those winter blues!

Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, cubed
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 butter
- 2 chicken broth
- 2 parsley
- 1 1/2 ltr water
- 500 ml milk
- 120 g flour
Method
In a heated crock pot, combine the cubed potatoes, chopped onions, butter or margarine, chicken broth or bouillon cubes, parsley and 1.5 litres water. Cover and cook on a low to medium heat for about 6 hours.
In a bowl, add the flour to the milk gradually, until the mixture has formed a thin paste. Add to the pot and stir through, taking care not to beat the ingredients. Cook for an additional half an hour to an hour.
When the consistency of the soup starts to get slightly thick, take it off the heat and serve.
