How To Make Chinese Cabbage
Jeremy Pang is now going to guide you through this basic step-by-step set of instructions to making Chinese cabbage, a great salad for holidays and get-togethers. Everyone will rave over the crunchy roasted almonds and noodles combined with the tangy teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 bag Chinese cabbage
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 50 ml rice wine
- 1 dash sesame oil
Step 1: Prepare The Ingredients
Chop the ginger very finely, and break up the cabbage into small pieces.
Step 2: Stir Fry
Bring the wok to a very high heat, add the cooking oil. Add the chopped ginger and the cabbage to the wok, and begin frying and tossing. Add the oyster sauce, the rice wine, and resume with tossing and stirring. Add a very small amount of water, and carry on stirring and tossing.
Step 3: Serve
After about 3 minutes of stir frying, serve onto a serving plate.
