Ingredients

  • 1 cups (250ml) chicken strips
  • 1 soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chinese five spice
  • Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp cornflour
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • cooked noodles
  • 1 cups (250ml) bean sprouts
  • 1 spring onions, chopped
  • sesame oil

Method

Place your chicken strips, soy sauce, five spice, corn flour and a few shakes of Tabasco sauce into a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.

Add some vegetable oil to a wok and heat it until very hot. Fry your chicken for about 3-4 minutes stirring the whole time.

Add your red pepper and cook for another minute, then add the bean sprouts and spring onions.

Add some cooked noodles which have been tossed in sesame oil. cook for a further 30 seconds until the noodles are heated through, then serve.
