- 2 cups (500ml) fairtrade milk chocolate chips
- 110 g fairtrade peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups (380ml) fairtrade peanuts, toasted
First you need to melt the chocolate. Place your chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and set over pan of simmering water.
Once the chocolate has melted, add 110 g of peanut butter and your peanuts. Mix well.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking parchment and leave to set. Put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
