- 1 3/4 kg icing sugar
- 500 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- vanilla essence
- plain chocolate
Step 1: Mix the Butter and Cream Cheese
Take a bowl, add the butter and cream cheese. Mix in a mixer, starting at a low speed then increasing until the mixture is really light and fluffy.
Step 2: Add the Sugar and Vanilla
Then add the icing sugar and vanilla essence. Mix again, starting at a low speed to avoid kicking up too much icing dust. Slowly increase the speed to full once the icing sugar is incorporated.
Step 3: Add the Chocolate
Melt the plain chocolate and add to the mix. Continue to mix until the consistency is smooth, fluffy and light.
