How To Make Chocolate Fondant Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 220 g golden caster sugar
- 200 g plain flour
- ice cream
Method
Melt broken up chocolate and chopped butter in a bain marie.
Beat the eggs, egg yolks and the sugar until creamy and pale.
Pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sift in the flour. Fold the mixture together.
Fill cupcake cases in a cupcake tray with the mixture. Make sure to only fill the 2/3 on the way to the top so they don't overflow when they bake.
Bake for 8-9 minutes. Serve as they are or with some ice cream piped over the top.
