Ingredients
- 180 g butter, melted
- 180 ml milk
- 200 g unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 500 g icing sugar
- vanilla essence
- salt
Method
Add the melted butter and melted chocolate to a bowl and whisk together. Add the milk, icing sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt and whisk together. Scrape down the sides to ensure that all the icing sugar is incorporated.
