In this easy to follow tutorial Matt from the Underground Cookery School shows you how to make a real chocolate milk in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1/2 cups (120ml) chocolate chips, 70% cocoa solids
  • sugar

Method

Pour some milk into a metal mixing bowl and put it on top of a pan of hot water on the stove.

Add the chocolate chips to the milk and mix until the chocolate melts. Add a little sugar to taste.
