Hello, I'm going to show you how to make chocolate peanut butter fudge. The first thing we are going to do is a heavy bottom pan on the hob and add some butter, always unsalted. Now, the thing with this is, it's going to take a minute or two just to melt down so when you come back, we lay the boring bit out, so you can go off and do something useful in your living room.

That butter is now melted down beautifully so I'm going to add dark brown, soft sugar, and again, what I need to do, I may as well add the milk as well. Add a bit of milk to that. It's going to take me a minute or two just to combine those ingredients so they are nice and smooth and we will edit this bit down so when you come back, we'll have a nice, smooth, sugary, milky texture.

That's now those ingredients, the butter, the sugar, and the milk are nicely combined. I'm going to add some cocoa chocolate. It's 70 percent cocoa solids so just a good cooking chocolate.

If you go less than 50 percent, it gets very, very oily and fatty. Not nice at all. That will probably do, just so the texture is really nice and chocolaty.

So, I'm just going to keep mixing those ingredients through and what we do it, in a moment, when you come back. It's going to take me a moment just to bring this up to the boil. You can add a little bit of vanilla although strictly speaking, because we've got the chocolate in there now, you may decide that chocolate and vanilla, a little bit OTC.

I've got my peanut butter because we want to give that a sort of chocolaty nutty overtone. So, that goes in and what will happen is over the heat, I'm going to just combine these ingredients so we get a nice thicker fudge. So, again, this is going to take me a minute or two and when you come back, you'll see nearly the finished ingredient.

We're just going to add this to some icing sugar and then we're done. Right. Well, that's nicely combined so that's the butter, the sugar, the milk, the chocolate, the peanut butter, a little bit of vanilla essence, and in this bowl here, I've got some icing sugar.

I'm just going to pour the fudge mix into the icing sugar, and actually, stick that down there, I'll just get as much of that chocolate, sugary mix into the bowl. It's going to take me a minute or two just to combine those ingredients. When you come back, they will be combined and then, sort of the money shot, will be me tipping this into a tin here.

And then, finally, a little presentation shot at the end of a nicely diced chocolate fudge. And there you have the chocolate peanut butter fudge. .
