Ingredients

  • 2 mayonnaise
  • 2 creme fraiche
  • 1 tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp brandy
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Grind fresh black pepper over the top and spoon onto prawns or salads.
