How To Make Cranberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 150 g caster sugar
- 50 g raisins
- 100 g fresh cranberries
- 1 white loaf, crusts removed
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 400 ml milk
- 1 egg
Method
Whisk the milk and the egg together.
Lay a layer of bread in a buttered baking dish, followed by some butter, some sugar, some raisins and some cranberries. Keep layering, ending with a layer of bread and butter. Pour over the egg and milk mixture and press the pudding down with your hands.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve drizzled with a bit of honey, and a sprig of mint.
